Marloes is our Customer Experience Manager. Previously she worked for brands like V&D, TUI and McDonald’s, always in a CRM role. Why CRM? Data tells the truth on which way to go. She loves a customer journey deep dive to aim for the best customer experience. She is always looking for an adventure with her backpack and discovering the world. Her goal is to see the seven world wonders (currently 4 out of 7) and to eat lots of new food.
