We created a B2C loyalty app. The app contains emotional and functional aspects. Through the "plant care" feature, users of the app retrieve information on how to take care of their beloved plants and garden. It gives an overview of the plants one owns and sends push notifications to remind the proud owner of plants to water them. The app is personalised to stimulate the increasement of loyalty, this returns throughout the app.

The exclusive deals can be unlocked by taking good care of the digital mascot that we call "Leafy". We stayed true to the brand identity of Iintratuin, but added an extra touch of ours by adding the features that stimulate the customer experience.
